How to I register for an Inc. Advisor account?

If you have an existing Inc.com account, then it will carry over to Inc. Advisor. If you do not have an existing account, sign up using your name, e-mail address, and create a password. All your login information will be kept private and confidential.

Can I download Inc. Advisor?

At this time Inc. Advisor is not available for download.

How long do I have access to my tutorials?

You will have unlimited access to your Inc. Advisor tutorials for six months.

How much does it cost?

Prices may vary but the MSRP is $9.95 for six months of unlimited access, which includes ongoing updates and new content posts by inc.com editors.

Prices may vary due to popularity or during sales and promotions.

Will my credit card be charged automatically after six months?

At this time your card will not be charged when your access expires. We will send you an e-mail reminder of the expiration date(s) of your tutorials and provide you with an opportunity to renew.

What do I do if I can't access my tutorial(s)?

Visit My Account Page to see a listing of all the tutorials you've purchased. If you don't see your tutorial listed there, log out and sign back in again. If it is still not listed, please contact customer service at AdvisorHelp@inc.com.

What do I do if my video is streaming slowly?

If you're experiencing problems with the video is may be because you're running short on memory. Try quitting your browser and relaunching it.

How often will tutorials be updated?

Tutorials will be updated regularly, so content may be added consistently.

How often will new tutorials be added?

You can expect new tutorials on other topics within the next six months.
